TIME TO CHOOSE A NEW ACTOR!
You can choose any male person with a first name, last name, or nickname that begins with letters or sounds that relate to “s-.” Make sure it is a real person, not a fictional character. It can be someone you know or a famous person.
Choose anyone you can imagine clearly in your mind, but the more familiar you are with them, the better. That’s why we suggest you first think about people from your real life. If you can’t think of anyone suitable, then consider choosing a famous person.
Think about it like this; if you have the choice between a celebrity you have heard of who’s appearance you are roughly familiar with, or a close friend of 10 years, then the latter is the better choice. However, if you have the choice between either a vaguely memorable professional acquaintance or a celebrity you have been obsessed with since childhood, go with the celebrity.
Here are some categories of people that may help trigger memories of people from your past:
FAMILY – FRIENDS – FAMILY FRIENDS – FRIEND’S FAMILY – TEACHERS – NEIGHBORS – CLASSMATES – ENEMIES/RIVALS – WORK COLLEAGUES – ACQUAINTANCES
Here is a list of male names relating to “s-“ to get you going. See if any trigger real people from your life:
ACTORS – ATHLETES – MUSICIANS – ROYALTY – WRITERS – PHILOSOPHERS – SCIENTISTS – HUMANITARIANS – BUSINESS PEOPLE – MILITARY FIGURES – INVENTORS
NOTE: This tends to work best when you choose a person with a particularly memorable personality, someone you have a great liking or hatred for or someone from an area you are particularly interested in.
Here are some names of some famous male people that relate to “s-“ to help you out:
Once you have chosen your actor for “s-“ you can mark this lesson as complete and add your chosen actor to the “s-“ Anki card.

HOW TO WRITE IT:
-Ø childhood home
Bathroom or Backyard
儿 (Human Legs)
Script 1: Samuel L. Jackson is in his golf gear (which happens to be a kilt), with animal legs, walking to his golf game. Suddenly, our rolling stones mouth appears and attempts to eat his animal legs whole. Sam struggles and, with a majestic handstand-backflip, flings the mouth through the wall and into the distance. Sam confirms with golf etiquette and yells out: “FOUR!” with a satisfied smile.
Script 2: Steve Martin is in the bathroom and is nothing more than his own recognizable head, short arms, and huge muscular human legs. To his surprise, from around the corner in the backyard, THE FANTASTIC FOUR arrive to enact their lifelong desire for vengeance against the “all legs” Steve Martin, and they chase him down and force him to be eaten by the rolling stones mouth. The moment of a “snapshot” here is the FANTASTIC FOUR all cheering while all that can still be seen inside the rolling stones mouth are Steve Martin’s remaining human legs.
Script 2: The fantastic four is an association you can make with the abstract meaning of “four.” A Google image search of “four” was the inspiration. Google image searching is sometimes one of the best visualization aides when your creativity is not as active.
Positioning is very important in this story, because the very next character 兄 contains the exact same components, just in different positions.
